After the great success of 560cc bi-cylinder together with Double Power Cam, head valves could not miss!
Malossi technicians have worked to achieve even better performance.
These new valves have a bigger diameter and excellent materials and they are completely re-profiled in order to reach the best performance at all revolutions.
These valves are perfectly interchangeable with the original ones, but it is necessary to slightly adjust head and pistons in order to achieve a better performance (as explained in details in the relevant instructions).
Technical specifications
Intake valves:
- Bigger Ø from 25 mm to 26.5 mm
- Special steel for high performance valves
- Hardened stem tip to ensure highest resistance and life of the contact area
- Completely refaced valve
- Valve stem surface with hard chrome coating
- Valve surface finish, isotropic finishing
Exhaust valves:
- Bigger Ø from 22 mm to 23.5 mm
- Nickel-based superalloy - NIMONIC 80 - resistant to very high temperatures
- Precipitation hardened material with Rm. 1400 N/mm
- Completely refaced valve
- Valve stem surface with hard chrome coating
- Valve surface finish, isotropic finishing
