TECHNICAL FEATURES
Clutch base plate: - Ultra-hard tempered steel, ideal for components with highly dynamic stresses with a tensile strength of 1000 MPa.
- Surface hardening (LCN) at 300HB, depth 10-25 µm.
- Main machined spring seat with offset from the clutch bell to ensure intrinsic torque, eliminating any play.
- Auxiliary machined spring seat aligned with the clutch bell.
- Narrow tolerances between the tabs of the spring pusher disc and clutch bell eliminating clutch noise and increasing durability.
- Surface induction of the bronze bush coupling. Hardened to a depth of 1.5 mm, 60HRC, improving durability.
