Wheels made with special case-hardened steel, obtained with CNC hobbing machines and ground in the contact surfaces. In the contact surfaces between the gears we have obtained small pockets useful for transporting the oil to increase and guarantee lubrication between the walls that slide between them. The numbers of teeth have been calculated to give an optimized gear ratio. In all the wheels, where it was possible to make them, lightening holes were made except in the area of the contact section between the wheel and the gear selector so as not to create breaking points.
Toothed wheels with the same Z as the originals, same shoulder between the gears and toothed band moved to optimize engagement with the primary axis. The position of the trailing tooth with the gear selector and the spaces between the shifts are unchanged.
Can be mounted as a spare to the Piaggio sprockets on the original shaft.
